I believe the director of Donnie Darko, has lost his marbles between that movie and this new one…Actually, this trailer gets me kinda excited because of his previous movie Southland Tales is such a beautiful failure. It’s like a tragic rock song. I’ve seen it 3 times, and for some reason, I have no idea why Southland Tales has such a hold on me… because, really, its a mess.

Hmm, I don’t know. I loved DD and didn’t see Southland Tales because I heard it was awful. Cameron’s been in my good graces ever since Malkovich, and there’s a nice creepy element to the trailer. But the whole “put aside your morals and be rich or do the right thing and be poor” plot conundrum… in a movie titled “The Box”? I don’t know.
